HOW BOOKING WORKS

 Select your preferred tour, pay the required deposit, and your tour is reserved!

Friday to Sunday and pre-scheduled group tours can be booked directly on our website. If you're looking for a weekday tour, please contact us at the presented options below.

Rescheduling is highly encouraged more than 48hrs before flight to avoid losing your deposit.

We are weather-dependent, and will be in-touch with you on weather conditions from 2 weeks to desired flight date. If we don't see any possible weather challenges, we will proceed. If there are necessary adjustments to be made, we will work with you closely on picking the optimum flight date. We will ensure that you fly on a day with calm skies and great visibility.

 

Any special requests for day of flight like proposals, birthday surprises etc, you can work with your personal concierge who will contact you upon confirmation of booking.

All tour flights depart from Tumbler Ridge Airport. A GPS guide link will be sent to you day before flight.
